Emmie's Words:
"Baby"
"Ball"
"Boow" - balloon
"Mama"
"Dada"
"Bye bye"
"Hi"
This month you:
-I have started feeding you oatmeal and cream of wheat for breakfast in addition to either waffle or cheese bread.
-You love to look outside through the front windows.
-I am finished nursing and feel a sense of accomplishment for achieving my goal.
-You know where your nose is.
-We played with bubbles for the first time.
-You know how to put your favorite play spiders "in" and "out" of the cup.
-You started walking by yourself with your walker.
-Your eyelashes are longer than Daddy's and the same length as mine. SO pretty!
-You will fold your hands when we say it it time to pray.
-While in the car, I got off the phone with your Daddy and you were holding up your "light" to "This Little Light of Mine" playing in the car. so cute!
-You love lemons.
-You are transitioning from one object to another (table to couch) while cruising.
-You are doing better on your sigh language - "please", "more", and "thank you".
-You said "Dada" the other night and then signed "please to him". It was so sweet he had to pick you up out of your highchair and love on you.
-You say "hi" alot when we walk into the room and when you see us in the car mirror.
-We have been practicing the terms "open" and "close" and what they mean.
-I found THREE one year molars in your mouth today. They had just cut the skin. 2 are on the top and 1 is on your bottom right.
-You are doing a little better on eating finger foods: chicken and pineapple are new this month.
I put you in pigtails for the first time.

When I find Emmie in our closet, she has Jeremy's children's tie around her neck. It is SO cute! And that oddly enough, it was a tie that Jeremy had on the first time we met at Wesley in Auburn.
